1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ClubEnjoyer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your purchase of digital subscriptions and your conduct within our community.
2. Digital Services
ClubEnjoyer provides tiered membership levels (Glow, Radiant, Spotlight, Infinity) that grant digital benefits including, but not limited to: Discord roles, interactive map badges, custom posters, and advertising space. These are strictly digital goods with no physical delivery.
3. Payments and Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.
4. User Conduct
We reserve the right to revoke access to digital benefits without a refund if a user violates community guidelines, including harassment, hate speech, or malicious use of advertising spaces.
