Refund Policy
1. Nature of Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of membership benefits (such as Discord roles and map visibility), all sales are generally final.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Technical errors that prevent the user from accessing the digital benefits.
- Duplicate charges caused by a system glitch.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
